I am putting a review for the amazing customer service over the phone that I received around 3:07pm 2/14/24. I am from San Antonio and our polo store inside the rivercenter Mall has no phone contact I called the store to see if all the chains carried women plus size jeans. I didn't get the girl's name but she was sweet she knew her stuff and was kind and informative. Really good manners. Good job

I do not recommend this company for trust, last week they didnt allow me to use the fitting room and when I returned to exchange the shirts to small sizes, I used one and washed it and didnt use the other one, but I took the tags of and put the in the bag with the invoice, the manager refused to accept the exchange, the reason was that she cant sell it again. It is actually not my business.
