Have been several times around the times of 3-5 am every single time the system is down. If the people dont want to work. Just close and dont make this Jack 24hrs. Management should look at the employees around that time.

I ordered one burger today around 4pm and it wasn't busy. My order wasn't correct, which happens. What I do have an issue with, is yall trying to hand me back the same burger, and I can see the remnants of the toppings didn't want still embedded in the bun. Quit being cheap. It was also cold.

Oh my goooodness!! My family and I went to this location at 10pm tonight. Were exhausted, trying to sell our home and buy a new one. Too tired to make dinner. The staff was AMAZING!!! Danielle and Marco were so happy to serve us and their smiles and positive attitudes were contagious! The staff that made our food were also amazing, our order was correct. Guys, yall made our night! Thank you!! Thank you for making a stressful very late last minute dinner run enjoyable!

I went through the drive-thru to order some food when I got to the window I apologize for forgetting something and if I could order it the guy was very understanding but the manager ( Hispanic and pregnant) was very rude and she was saying so much rude things in Spanish I dont think she knew I could understand it or if she did it was not right that she said all those things just bcuz I forgot to order one thing. It doesnt matter who your are but you cant be disrespected customers like this. Theres always some type of problem going on at this jack.
