I would describe the hotel and our experience in one word. "Adequate" The breakfast was...adequate. The staff was... adequate. The rooms were...adequate. The bathroom water pressure was... adequate. The bedroom window shades were... adequate. Nothing really stands out, but it isn't terrible either. The worst part about it was the noise. Plenty of highway noise. If the wind picks up you can easily hear the chain holding up the flag beating against the metal pole. You can hear conversations in the next room, hear the thumps of people above you walking around, and if someone nearby closes a door too hard, my pillow vibrated. I'll probably look elsewhere next time for a better experience, but if you want an adequate hotel, you found it.

This is one of the better Hilton brand hotels adjacent to I-10 with access to the Energy Corridor. The staff was great. My complaint is not about the hotel, but about the security system of what I assume is the adjacent Honda dealership. My wife and I were awakened repeatedly throughout the night by a very loud recording, You are trespassing on private property. Your actions are being recorded on video. Please leave this property immediately or contact us with your password. I am literally half deaf and wear a hearing aide in one ear. I have owned Honda cars in the past and have dealt with this dealership. This security problem doesnt give me warm fuzzies about either Honda or this dealership. I would encourage the owners of the hotel to work with their neighbor to quickly resolve this issue, because this security problem is devaluing the assets and brands of both businesses.

Rooms are nice. Fifth stay in Home 2 Suites. First few stays were in Baytown. The Katy spot is a great spot.
