        We been with this agent for couple years, they provided every good service with the beginning , since last year , the customer service been so bad, they never care about what you request and never done for you, I called them to cancel my auto policy but they didnt do anything, I have to call the Allstate to cancel by myself, and waste my time and money, I am not recommend this agent to anybody and stay away fro them

        This is a great agent--the best. So friendly and honest. He corrected the address on my policy right away, which I could not get my previous agent to do, and he told me about the milewise program which is saving me a ton of money on my policy.

      TianSorry to hear you had a bad experience however we have added new team members to increase our service.As far as your request, I looked at all emails and archives and do not see any request came in to cancel.I do see the policy is terminated and was back dated so no money was lost.Again, truly sorry that you did not feel you got the level of service that you're used to however I can confidently state that if we fell short it was an isolated incident and through the years and hundreds of customers we continue to service still rate us tops Please don't discount us over one experience.RegardsEdPS - I am open to speak with you personally if you'd like to share your thoughts.
