        The only one that deserves a 5 star rating is an employee named Joe, the rest were not even trying, also it took them 2 MONTHS to replace a HDMI port on the PS5. Made several trips to false promises, which cost me, gas and time for nothing but lies. Gave me a "$40" discount when they even charged me "$27" when I first visited and left the PS5 for repair. So an amazing real discount was for a mere "$13" after all the ordeal and hassle. So disappointed with the service. I wouldn't recommend this place, neither come back for another fix.
