Michael and his team were amazing! They provided phenomenal customer service with my home loan from start to finish. There was not one single question Michael, Shelley, and Fernando were not willing to answer for me (and I had a ton of questions as a first time homebuyer). Even with the hiccup with the appraisal Michael and his team work tirelessly to ensure I was given a fair and accurate appraisal for my new home. This team worked diligently to ensure I was provided with great customer service.
