Bill Rapp has been in commercial and 1-4 SFR Non-QM real estate finance for 21 years. He is taking on the role of the Capital Advisor for Medallion Funds LLC. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station with a BBA in Finance.Over the past twenty years Bill has taken on a variety of roles in the financial services sector at various stages of the economic cycle. Beginning in 2002 Bill started working with Wells Fargo Financial in Killeen, TX as a credit manager.Over the years Bill also worked with large household corporate lenders such as Nationstar Mortgage and Sutherland Mortgage Services as well as several smaller boutique brokerages.
