        Very bad rat infestation. All my items are damaged! The whole unit smells likely rat feces. All my items are covered with rat feces and urine. The office is always closed during business hours and the never answer the phone.

        Rat infestation! Do not trust these people with your belongings! Everything in my unit is ruined. There is rat urine and feces on everything. They chewed the cords on my electronics. They even ate my wood furniture. There were 2 dead rats when I opened my unit. The staff absolutely did not care when I reported it. They just handed me a brochure on how to file a claim for a maximum of $500 for rodent damage. The cost of my items far exceed that! This is sheer negligence. Why weren't customers informed? Why wasn't routine maintenance performed? We demand real reimbursement!

        All my property is damaged from Rat Feces and urine. They will not pay for your damages. An outsource insurance give a total of $500 dollors for damages but when you have lost everything that covers nothing. My deceased son pictures were eaten up. Now I have no memories

        RAT INFESTED!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Rating should be -5. Not only given a unit that was already in use with a lock and couldn't move in but the place is FULL OF RAT FECES, REEKS OF DEAD RATS AND ACTUAL DEAD RATS LAYING IN HALLWAYS. We called immediately when arrived (on a Sun. when they're closed) to notify of situation and we aren't able to move in to unit. Was told manager at lunch (@ 2pm on Sun when they're closed) and he will get back to us "sometime" that day. We had to demand a refund immediately due to locked unit and rat infestation.l and found another storage place. TOTAL DISASTER AND HORRIBLE CONDITIONS. DO NOT USE I-STORAGE ON Fry rd in Katy, Tx.
