Saums Road Self Storage

DON'T USE THIS FACILITY!!! We have our box truck parked here for 2 years without an incident until they started construction. They leave the gate open 24 hours now and have dismantled their cameras. We parked our company truck here and someone came in a stole the truck. All equipment gone. The manager was nonchalant about the theft. They do not care that your property was stolen from their unsecured property, that its not their fault they left it unsecured and it got stolen. There was no notice that while under construction that the facility was no longer secured. Just beware!!

This place is a joke. I had my vehicle stored there for the last 2 years and they started doing some new construction on the property over the summer and stopped closing the front gate complete and apparently cameras that are all.over the property do not work. My truck was stolen with all of My tools and equipment a few weeks back and the company did not seem to care at all. I see there are other reviews that have the same exact issue. This place needs to be held accountable as this is not the 1st time and will continue. Do not use this facility.

This storage facility is undergoing a face-lift at the moment so don't judge a book by its cover, or at least that's how the saying goes. Recent plans to expand this storage facility to now have outdoor storage lockers available, this is the reason for all the construction that's surely going to turn away some people, but don't let it deter you this family ran storage facility still has the great management running behind the scenes, just contact them via phone and setup a time to meet if you can't see the forest thru the trees, they'll set u up.
