This dude doesn't have insurance on his vehicles. One of his employees rammed my 83 y/o mothers car while she was stopped at a red light...no brakes. Due to uninsured motorist coverage, her insurance totaled her car and now she is out a vehicle because what they offered her can't get her back into a vehicle of the same caliber . Chicken $hit way to run a business.

Thomas is a piece of s**t I did a job for him on 5713 Truitt St The Colony, TX a. job of 4500$ And he only paid me 870$ he said he wont pay me. I found out that he did that to more people. So becaferul with him. Not a good person. He just taking advantage of workers.

We signed a contract with Thomas and GnZ Contractor Solutions in August of 2020 for them to build us a home. From August to September he asked us for over $50,000 in construction loan draws to purchase materials, purchase engineered plans, clear and plow our land, and to start the project. He was obligated per our contract to also maintain general liability insurance to cover the entire project. From the end of August until December he and his crews did a total of 3 days of work and never got our land cleared and plowed. They also purchased no materials and no engineered plans as promised. We spent months trying to get him to do the work that was promised and gave Thomas numerous opportunities to remedy the situation. Finally in December after numerous back and forth emails, texts, and phone calls trying to get them to do work we found out that he had not had any General Liability since October. We demanded in January during a conversation with him that he return all the money that he requested from us as it had not been used to purchase any materials or any engineered plans. He has since directed us to contact his lawyer and even claimed that he used those funds on a lot of work done on our project. We were left with very little work completed (some footers filled with water and mud) and a huge hole our building budget. We have yet to receive any of those funds and he apparently no longer have those funds that he took according to his lawyer. We have numerous pictures of his work (or lack of work) completed on our property. We even left a complaint on the Better Business Bureau with full details of everything we went through and every communication which he never responded to. I highly recommend that customers beware and to read that BBB complaint before choosing this company or Thomas to do any work for them. Service: General construction
