I recently ordered a arrangement from this flower shop and they surpassed my expectations, the flowers were beautiful. I definitely recommend them!

My sons had ordered a bouquet for my birthday. The store had given them a delivery schedule and we had therefore arranged for me to be home at that time. The flowers were not delivered at all at the announced time and remained outside in the sun. Moreover the size of the bouquet was really ridiculous compared to the price paid. And finally, my sons were very disappointed to see that the card they had bought and which was supposed to accompany the bouquet was not delivered. They tried to reach the store by email, FB account etc at least to get the card, but no response was given. Business to avoid

Overall: I do not recommend using Country Greenery. If you would like customer support, a card option, and a delivery on time please choose another florist. My experience: I ordered an orchid to be delivered - there was no option to add a card. I attempted to reach out to customer support to add a card- number on website is no longer in service, number on google is no longer in service, I emailed customer service (still no response), and I attempted the "chat option" ... you guessed it - no response. I was starting to think this wasn't even a real florist until I received an automated email from the CEO thanking me for my support. This email listed another number for support which when called plays an endless melody of music much to my frustration. I still have not been contacted by any support member. In frustration, I decided I could live without a card... until the orchid was never delivered. Now I have NO way of contacting this company to check the status of the delivery or possibly to cancel the order. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and out a large amount of money. Please learn from my mistake and do NOT choose Country Greenery. Update: After TWO WEEKS I still have had no response from Country Greenery. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Again, multiple attempts to reach customer service through phone, email, and chat option all with no response.

DO NOT ORDER flowers from Keller!! This business is disorganized and my Mothers Day flowers were never delivered My online order included a personalized note to be delivered with the bouquet, however they called to inform me that they had no record of a note. A technician took record of my intended note over the phone, however Keller called AGAIN later that week asking for a personalized note to be included with the bouquet. I expected my flowers to be delivered on Saturday as ordered, however I was informed by my mother that no flowers had been delivered by Mothers Day. I called Keller inquiring as to why flowers werent delivered and was promised a late delivery 2 days after Mothers Day. Unfortunately, flowers still have not been delivered. I have not received further communication regarding a delivery or refund from Keller. I was excited to support a small local florist but I cannot recommend this business.
