Chandra, we're sorry you didn't have a positive experience with us. However, we'd like to clarify your remarks. We provided an initial estimate based on an external visual of your siding, but when we started working, we realized there was much more damage to your siding than was previously visually available. We provided an updated estimate to your husband who verbally agreed on the new cost. We bought supplies, and our craftsman worked that afternoon and the following day. Due to inclimament weather, there was difficulty completing the project, and then you left town for the Thanksgiving weekend. Unfortunately, that holiday weekend, our craftsman was in a car accident and needed to take a few days off. We explained this situation to you, and while we apologized for the delay and frustration, we stand behind our craftsman's need to heal. We're disappointed that when our craftsman arrived back on your property to complete the work, he was verbally assaulted and not allowed to finish the job. We provided transparent pricing and explained cost fluctuations due to materials changing in price, and again, we apologize for any frustration the delay of your project caused.
