Dr. Green's Clean Team

We were very impressed with Dr. Green's Clean Team! Amber is responsive, professional and thorough. Our initial deep clean was wonderful - we came home to a beautifully cleaned home that smelled wonderful. Having the peace of mind that our home was cleaned with non-toxic cleaners is also a plus. We highly recommend!

I had a very poor experience with a deep clean. Scheduling was easy and I clarified what items would be cleaned since we were booking for a new baby and to ensure we were on the same page with what I was paying $400 for. They sent one person and she was done in 4 hours (for context, our regular house keeper takes 4 hours for a basic clean). I walked through the house and the below were items that were still dirty:Master Shower - they cleaned this 3x and still was not to standard. After the second time, I being 38 weeks pregnant got a damp rag and scrubbed for 20 seconds to show them the dirt and soap scum still on the shower! I had to clean it myself a fourth time. Multiple spots on door frames, doors, and baseboards not wipedCabinet faces in bathrooms and kitchen not wipedInside of microwave was not touched Top of fridge wasn't dustedTop of pictures/decor/lamps not dusted Kitchen light fixture not dusted Window sills not properly wiped outChairs in dining not dustedLaundry room shelf not dusted, tops of machines not dustedBathroom sink fixture still dirtyFront and back doors inside not wiped Several of these items they went back over more than once. The owner spent almost two hours here after the initial woman had cleaned going over her work and correcting the above items. I also expected the house to smell nice and clean and it did not. When I asked if diffusers were used, I was told "I think I saw she had one with her by the door." While they did attempt to immediately correct all the issues I had, I shouldn't pay $400 to tell you what to clean because at that point I could've done it myself (keep in mind I had already confirmed what specific items would be completed to prevent any miscommunication with this). The owner apologized but did not offer any changes to my bill or another opportunity to make a good first impression. I did a lot of research on who to clean our home pre baby and I was severely disappointed. I will not be using them again and would not recommend.

Superb in every way...every surface green cleaned and the aroma and purifying effect of the diffused essential oil blend (created by Amber) is so refreshing and purifying of all the air in my home and all surfaces. Only uplifting and health-encouraging effects from the entire visit. So grateful Services: Standard cleaning, Deep clean
