Interesting. You must CHECK IN within ONE HOUR before your appointment time (that I learned from one of the reviews). *Result: Because I received from an AI machine that I was late with my appointment TWO TIMES. But, for checking in, I was here in 15 minutes however my name wasn't on the screen board so far. After leaving from the waiting room, I took ridiculous to apply a form that I was told not to, but I received the message. And then, in 2nd time on the SAME DAY for checking in 30 minutes early, however it said "Sorry, make a next appointment." AGAIN!? I refused to do but AI asked me that I was sent. SUCCESS.

Came in with requisition on my mobile. The facility has a printer and did not wanted to either accept the file digitally and or have their printer discoverable to print it. Quest is the most inhumane lab that exist, their techs are all unhappy and treat you like dirt - they ignore everybody and do not want to help solve situations. They do not have a receptionist and depend on their self service kiosks, seen so many elderly people not able to really operate these devices properly and patients have to help them. Quest should be ranked as one of the nastiest labs of this country. Their leadership should all be fired. If you cannot provide good customer service close your doors and open a pet grooming shop or something. From now on I will never use such a mediocre service / company. Im sure Im not the only one

I had Kendra as the person that took my blood sample. She was so professional, sweet, friendly, comforting and kind. If there were a patient that is afraid of needles, Kendra would take those fears away. She was great. Her energy was bright. We were talking about dancing, and at the end of my appointment, were laughing and dancing. I moonwalked on out of the room feeling fantastic.
