No refund for ANY merchandise for ANY reason EVER. I spent $350 on non-living merchandise from the inside shop. It didnt look right in my room and I attempted to return it two hours later. They told me it says on the receipt (in small print at the bottom) no returns. Who does this?!?!? Poor business practice, for certain. I understand living plants but this is unacceptable to not inform customers in some clear fashion that your purchase is permanent. Yes, they give credits. Ive been here 4 times and can never find anything to buy. Such a waste of money and time.

This is a family run business that is fast and fair. They know their stuff and have a range of services. I really have enjoyed doing business with them for the last 8 years. Wish I found them sooner.

2023 We purchased this black reindeer after walking around the entire back room. It is already decorated for the Christmas season as it comes in gradually. The front area is starting to be decked out with the fall and Halloween decorations. There are still essence of summer in the room for those who would like to continue celebrating that season. This is a wonderful shop to walk around with your BFF. It can also be a great date if you're both artsy and like to do outdoor gardening. The back patio has the different skills and ideas to use for patio layouts. There are many other surprises that you that you would not expect. Follow up your shopping here by going to the corner bakery or your favorite bakery shop. The staff here is outstanding and extremely helpful with any and all ideas you need help with. The picture without the wings above is from last Christmas 2022. We purchased the items on the mantle from the same shop. This was our theme last Christmas. It flowed really beautifully from fall into Christmas The print is called "Winter Cathedral." Hobby Lobby has this but you can get it other places.
