DFW Plumbing and Drains

Like few others mentioned, american home shield scheduled an appointment with them and the minute he entered bathroom and checked faucet, without wasting time, he said issue is due to water pressure and went to check it. He then suggested to install prv and gave me an estimate of $1125 and said once it is installed he will replace faucet cartridge through home warranty. I was not sure of these and wanted to take a second opinion and got a plumber number and spoke to him. He gave me an estimate of $625 for 3/4 inch pipe and $825 for 1 inch pipe for prv installation. But it happened to be the same company and once I asked them to schedule it to get it done only, he realized it's the same client address and I too realized I called the same guys. Now no response from them. So literally $500 extra for the scam. Totally disappointed. Going to call american home shield asking another plumber. Service: Plumbing leak repair

I called DFW Plumbing and Drains on July 5th in the morning. The main sewer line in my house got clogged. They scheduled an appointment for July 5th (the same day!); Mr. Phil arrived at my house at 3pm. I spent 4 days (this happened before July 5th) dealing with 2 other plumbing companies. They were not able to fix the issue. Mr. Phil was able to unclog the main sewer line in less than 20 minutes! The drain cleanout was not accessible but he found an alternative solution. Mr. Phil has exceptional problem-solving skills and logical thinking, which is essential in any business. He used his equipment to find out where the problem was and showed me a picture. It was necessary to excavate and replace a broken sewer pipe in front yard; so another appointment has been scheduled for July 7th. On July 7, the diggers arrived to my house; they spent about 2 hours to excavate and reach the pipe. Mr. Phil replaced the broken sewer pipe and fittings on the same day, July 7. On July 8, the diggers arrived to my house early in the morning; they filled up the trench; the job has been completed. DFW Plumbing and Drains provides excellent service! Everything is very well organized. They perform the job in the shortest possible time and with the highest quality. If you have any questions, you can text them; they respond immediately so you know exactly what is going on. They employ very knowledgeable technicians. In my opinion, Mr. Phil is not only the best plumber in Texas. He is the best plumber on this planet! I do not have enough words to express my appreciation to this company.
