RUN and Highly not Recommend. Promised 2 days connecting to a therapist, didnt make it and still charge $40 clinical review fee in shame after I canceled it. I contacted customer service on Friday and cancelled the service. Next Tuesday a therapist jumped and send me a phone link ( of course cancelled) then she charged me $40 for Tuesday morning clinical review fee. ??? I already canceled it last Friday, why would you perform the clinical review and no review results were given at all. Not willing to issue refund, worst service ever. no service at all received and $40 charges and terrible customer service. Ps, I found another provider on Friday and same day matched and certificate everything.

I recently requested my small dog be ESA certified. I expressed that I have experienced anxiety to the point I was unable to sleep and have gone multiple days without sleeping due to anxiety. My dog has helped me manage my anxiety thus making the ability to sleep much easier. Despite my anxiety I was denied. I will now not be able to have my dog live with me. So much for mental health! I will now have many anxious and sleepless nights without my dog. As providers please be mindful that you are truly harming your clients by denying them of the one thing that is able to manage their anxiety and depression. I clearly not heard or listened to during my evaluation by this company.

I was assigned to the Dr. Audrey Lahodny in Kansas. She texted me to schedule a meeting time to talk that day or the following day. I replied to her text message not more than two minutes later but she never got back to me. Later, I sent her another message to make sure to find a time that will work for her but never got a reply back. It has being three days since then. I do not find it professional to be begging a doctor to do their job or to reply their messages. Just a reminder that you guys are mostly working with people that suffers from anxiety, depression and PTSD, be a little more considerate as doctors. I contacted CertaPet support yesterday and they have not being helpful yet. As far as I know, this is just a SCAM.

GO WITH A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. CertaPet has been the hugest hassle and has had my funds wrapped up for almost two weeks now. Unable to contact anyone; no one responds to any messages. I was never able to schedule a consult via their link. Reaching out (again) and will update review once I have received a refund/response. Finally was able to reach someone who seems like she wants to help. I had began the dispute process with my bank due to the 10 day radio silence but then closed it because I was offered a refund. Guess what - they cant refund now because of the dispute. So now my bank is saying Im out of luck and CertaPet is as well.
