Ben was courteous on the initial phone call and was concerned to get the job done quickly and not too pricey. He fixed the kitchen sink drainage problem and recommended how to keep it from not happening again. I appreciate the professional way they handled the problem. Service: Repair water fixtures

The day we met Mr. Fix it, we had been in a home under renovation by a contractor who abandoned the job. We had open electrical outlets in every room, sheet rock that had been ripped out but not completed, unfinished bathrooms ,therefore, unusable toilets and showers and a kitchen that was left unusable.. and, yes we LIVED in this house through all of this. We were cooking in an instant pot and we were doing out dishes in the backyard. We are also raising 6-year old twins in this house. We were desperate, but we were gun-shy and afraid, very wary of another contractor and we were bleeding money going out of this house.
Mr. fix walked our househe acknowledged and expressed sympathy for what had happened even though he had nothing to do with the problems, he then systematically staged a plan to get our home to working order. He didnt just want, or even need our businessthe project was ugly and going to take a lot of repair of unfinished damaged, ripped-out type of work, as well as repair of work that was not done correctly in the first place.
He put us at the top of his list and quickly pulled all of resources together to make our house livable..and now Id say its better than I imagined it could be. There is no way I will call or trust anyone else in my home. You would literally have to see the travesty of this place to believe it before he took it over. Dont waste your time, your energy or your money on anyone else.
Mr. Fix it values his business and reputation. He stayed in contact with us at every step. He was in, around, and overseeing each group of contractors he had in our home. His communication with us throughout was unmatched. When you have questions about the process, he will always return your call in a timely manner and help you understand whatever questions you have. He also screens his contractors carefully and builds relationships in each facet of his business, because of this, we consider him a friend, but also a life saver for us as we were in dire straits. He had no reason to help us the way he did..we could still be sitting in a hell-hole..but he truly saved us and got things back to livable. We would not be where we are today, Jan, 2022 without him. This house was left in utter shambles.
In a time where consistency, dependability, communication and ability to coordinate people and materials to get a job done, is so hard to pull off.. He was able to do it, efficiently and with care. We give him full credit. I am happy to talk personally to anyone who would like to know more about our situation and how he was able to bring dignity back to our life. If you are still considering other contractors, look no further. You will not call anyone else after working with Ben. Service: Remodeling
