        Back to back 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday) the associate who was supposed to come and inspect the home for security didn't show up. On calling back the appointment associate says you were only scheduled for wednesday... well your associate didn't show up on wednesday either.... and I took early off from office only because the representative was coming.... well if YOU do NOT have value for customer's time... then we don't need you.
