What a terrible company .they were to replace my LG compressor under warranty. they cut the evaporator line and unhooked the old compressor and took parts of the old compressor and left my refrigerator in a trash state. also took the new parts which were under warranty with him that belonged to me . also, LG billed me $549.00 for it. Now i am left with a dead refrigrator under warranty and $549.00 out of pocket .all picture available for proof.

As soon as LG or Samsung or any other brand tells you they are going to use D3S Service, return the appliance. There is no hope.

I own all GE appliances, when I call for repair (warrantied or not) they refer me to D3S. Below is a breakdown of their "repair" service for my dishwasher and washing machine. Luckily the only appliances I've had to have serviced so far. Dishwasher (warrantied) - Visit 1: Technician came to the house to diagnose the issue. Stated I needed a new dispenser and he had to order it. - Visit 2: The same technician came and installed the new dispenser and left. Upon inspection I noticed the dispenser was installed upside down. The dishwasher also still did not dispense detergent, just like before. - Visit 3: A new technician came (per my explicit request of a different tech), he diagnosed and fixed the issue within ~30 minutes and I have not had a problem since. Washing machine (non-warrantied) - Visit 1: Technician came to the house to diagnose and quote the issue. Determined I needed something replaced (circuit board or other) and had to be ordered. - Visit 2: Technician installed the new part and everything seemed to work great. Around 6 months later my wife made a comment that she had been having to manually add detergent because the auto dispenser didn't seem to work. After walking through numerous YouTube videos (because at this point I no longer trust this company) I was able to diagnose the issue. The previous tech had broken the dispenser, on top of breaking it, he did not mount dispenser housing back correctly so the dispenser was not making forceful contact with the dispenser tube at the back of the machine. To be clear not only was it not put back together correctly (not mounted correctly) the part was also broken. The technician didn't mention any of this to me, I'm assuming in hopes that I wouldn't notice. The above would probably only warrant a 3-4 star rating had the tech acknowledged that he broke the washer and replaced the part. However, I find the way it was handled very disingenuous. If you choose D3S, expect improper installation and broken parts, they may "fix" your appliance but be cautious that something else was broken along the way. From the comments this seems to be the norm.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 100% would not recommend anyone to use this company for appliance repairs. Incompetent and untruthful.

I would never deal with this company if it was up to me. They are the vendor that Samsung sends for warranty requests. I firmly believe that their first step is to gaslight the customer and say that everything is fine. We experienced this with a broken ice maker and now a washer. The technician didn't remove the cover or try to troubleshoot anything on first visit for either appliance. The technician refused to wait for a cycle to run to see if the appliance worked. I ran the cycle and guess what: it didn't work.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand your frustration and want to clarify the situation regarding your service experience. Our records indicate that on the scheduled visit, our technician, after consulting with the manufacturer's technical support, found your washer to be operating as intended. The issue noted was related to the way different items were loaded together, which can affect the balance but does not signify a malfunction. We strive to provide precise and effective service, backed by professional assessments and manufacturer guidelines. Although we empathize with the inconvenience faced, our evaluation aligns with the operational standards for your appliance. We value your feedback and remain at your service for any further assistance you may require.
