I had a rental property that I had a buyer for but needed someone to do the Contract and make sure all the steps were done properly between the parties involved & the Title company. Sharon is amazing! We've completed four transactions with her (2 sales/2 purchases) and we've been very happy. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and extremely patient with us as we navigated anxiety that came with selling in the middle of the pandemic. Her service is very personal, and, even after the sale of our home, when I had package that was unintentionally shipped to our old home, she went by, picked it up from the new owners, and brought it to me! Wow! We wouldn't hesitate to use her again, but my husband says - no more moves! :)

I ask a few weeks ago for help finding a duplex and financial help and was told I would be contacted in return. Two days of talking then nothing. Sent a text tonight and got a "buzz off" reply. I made mention of my out of state phone number again. And they could see our past conversation I thought. But no reply now?? Guess they don't need me!
