Dr Shoaib Saya MD Texas Heart and Vascular Care

Currently pregnant and having some issues that my OB referred me to Dr Saya to discuss. Was contacted and told they were in network with my insurance and that they wanted to get me scheduled so I went ahead and scheduled as they stated they took my insurance. Arrived to my appointment today and was told they won't be able to see me because they don't take my insurance and that they tried to leave multiple voicemails with me yesterday. Of course frustration instantly kicked in. I showed the front desk girl my voicemails and where I only had 1 voicemail from them which confirmed the date and time of my appointment and their location...NOTHING about them not taking my insurance. I would not have scheduled nor bothered showing up to the appointment today if I knew they didn't take my insurance. Literally a waste of my time and now have to spend even more time trying to find someone who will take my insurance after already waiting almost a month to be seen in the first place. & now even more stress on my pregnancy as well.

A very kind, compassionate heart Doctor, who takes the time to listen and follows up. My mom has been struggling with heart concerns for a couple of years now, and he accurately diagnosed and guided her through a very traumatic experience. He is truly professional while maintaining an endearing sense of humor.

I absolutely love & respect Dr. Saya so much. He is very kind & explains everything in a way I can understand. He had a sense of humor, but can be very serious. This doctor definitely knows his profession backwards and forwards. He is truly very keen. A very brilliant doctor.
