Precision Cardiac and Vascular Care

I have been a patient at Precision Cardiac and Vascular for 6 years. Dr. Hussain is extremely nice and friendly. The staff is just as friendly and I have had no billing or insurance issues. I feel that I receive good advice on my cardiac health from Dr. Hussain. I would recommend Precision Cardiac and Vascular to anyone needing heart related medical services.

Professional staff but their refund process is ridiculous. It took forever to get a hold of someone in their billing department. Took multiple calls a few times a week to get someone than their automated system. When we finally got a hold of them, they told us it would take two weeks for a refund and it has been almost over a month. We have been dealing with this for a total of three. I won't use this company again.

I like dr but the office and billing staff are so disorganized. Repeat billing for out of pockets paid but same bill keeps coming office staff mixing up appointments. Calls not returned, they even called me and asked me hold and never came back. Front desk seems scattered and unfocused. 5 stars for dr and zero for office staff and billing, 2.5 stars. Edit: was improvement last visit by office staff. I love this dr and do not want to stop going because of constant mistakes by office and billing. Raising to 4 stars.

Dr. Patel was absolutely wonderful and his passing broke my heart. Dr. Lathia did a fabulous job at seeing both his patients and Dr. Patels patients for over a year and took very good care of me. Please be aware if you continue at this practice you will not receive the same incredible care you have become accustom to. The office staff is still delightful and very helpful, but I was totally unimpressed with the new cardiologist. He stood leaning on the exam table while I was sitting in a chair the entire visit, he never listened to my heart, he had the PA scribing for him on the computer and when he said I needed a stress test performed, it was apparent neither had looked in my chart to see I had one done 6 months ago. When I got up to the front desk the PA had listed that I needed a test that the doctor never mentioned or intended for me to have, so you better be paying attention. This process seems more like a cattle herd than patient care.
