The guy at the store was wonderful caring and professional,I ask for someone that speak Spanish(as I had a few questions and Spanish is my strong language) there was a lady sitting the guys turn around and said "she does" she didn't even turn to look, she whispered something and rolled her eyes and went to the back of the store and put some music!!! The guy said we can try I speak "poquito" (ended up speaking in English) and he answered all my questions gave me the best offers possible, she should be fired and that wage should be payed to the guys there instead of paying someone that obviously won't give a *** about customers never going back to that store

Switched from cricket to metro pcs or should I say metro peice of s*** got a phone will not connect to Android auto wanted to exchange for a phone that does they will not do it
