Encino Luxury Apartments

Horrible experience. I went to tour, Sarah failed to give me my ID back, its been a nightmare trying to get it back.

Maintenance did not do what they said they would. Cockroaches are still everywhere. Hole in the wall and under countertops remain. Looks like they just came in to walk around. Also, please do not come into my apartment unannounced. I dont want to be held liable if my dog bites or escapes out the front door.

I cant wait until my lease is up the floors/ceilings are thin so you hear everything! Ive had an animal in my wall/ceiling since Ive moved in (September) and my upstairs neighbors are HORRIBLE, kids running back and forth all day and theres nothing you can do about it except complain with no outcome. I was gonna stay because I was gauranteed first pick of a renovated unit but Ill pass. Ive had enough of these Luxury apartments.

I moved in Nov 2023, 1,600 miles away since I was coming back down to Texas. I have not had working ac since my move in. I was provided a temporary fix of a portable unit but my electricity bill has been ridiculous high as you can imagine and it only keeps one room cool. I work remotely and have a 3 year old and the apartment at times is so uncomfortably hot and we havent even been to the hot summer days yet. I have filed complaints have communicated consistently with the apartment but no resolution has been provided. I dont recommend the apartments here. Besides the ac issue there were so many other issues wrong with this apartment that took them months to fix and some issues are still unresolved. Sara has been extremely nice and has many times attempted to get some type of answers even though it is something out of her job role. She has gone above and beyond and is super friendly. She has tried to get Andrew Nevins to get this issue resolved but nothing yet.
