Vantage Bank Texas

I overdrafted just once and I got penalized with over 300 dollars of non sufficient funds fees. I called the bank and asked for them to pardon the fees as a one time courtesy and they wouldnt. Worst bank on earth

Have business account with this bank since last 2 years. Had one horrible experience and had to post in facebook to get the money back. Now again same issue. From Weslaco TX bank branch, I used the atm to deposit money in my business account. Deposited 1510, 470, and one more transaction before 4:30 pm and 3:20 pm on 29th june 2022. Got the deposit slips but money didnt show in the account. Next morning the bank charged 210$ overdraft fee saying insufficient fund where it was due to there mistake. Then I went to the bank , talked to the lady, she said it shows its deposited and this happens sometime. Wtf? how does it happen. I deposited cash and because of your freaking atm i was charged 210$ NSF and today 1st of july , the money still hasnt shown in the account. someone from the branch calls me and ask they will file a dispute. No i dont to, I want the fucking money back in my account. Its a freaking hard earned small business money. Don't ever open bank account in vantage. I have 4 business accounts with them and their service is shit. This is second time the money i have deposited from weslaco Tx atm didnt show in my account and was charged so much of overdraft fee dor their mistake. I am thinking of using my business lawyer now. .

Don't even try...they nosey and want to know who your clients are and everything very wierd!
