        To the manager who was on duty Sept 28, 2023. You have employees who are rude, disrespectful and invasive to a person's personal life. My mother went in looking to apply for a loan. The person who helped her asked her questions that had no bearing on whether she would get the loan or not. She was in full knowledge that she wasn't going to give my mom the loan and kept her there for over an hour and made her cry. I have never in my professional life encountered an individual who made comments about someone's children, their military status, or to see someone's personal property. Your business should be ashamed.

        They kept transferring and transferring and transferring me. Then bony would answer, then when they would Id forget what I had called for, then they would transfer me and put me voicemail
