Sparkletts Water

3 weeks ago was my 1st delivery, I upgraded to 2 due to my health triple bypass, diabetic, high blood pressure. I am now going on 2weeks with no luck on customer service, I was on hold for 50 minutes and I used a second phone to have them call me back (that was 2 days ago) I was forced to leave my house and fill the jug at a water mill. I am currently on hold 25 min waiting for customer service to answer. SPARKLETTS YOU WERE QUICK TO TAKE OUT PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT, WHERE IS MY WATER??? I think the BBB needs to look into this.

We have a newborn baby in our home and our water was not delivered on its usual day. Called customer service and they did not help us but they were quick to charge our account. We closed our account after they told us our delivery wouldn't happen until later in the week. This meant we were out of water for three days and had to go get our own water at the mill. This was the last straw. We are no longer customers and we do not recommend this company.

This company deserves ZERO stars. We closed our account two weeks ago because our water was not delivered. Our water used to get delivered biweekly on Mondays and when we checked our account online, the account showed as water delivered on that day. We called customer service Tuesday morning and they told us our water would be delivered until Wednesday because the driver would be really busy on Tuesday. We closed the account after customer service told us that the next delivery would be a holiday so our water would not be delivered until Wednesday again. After we closed our account, they charged our bank account two weeks later. This is illegal because no one authorized them to charge our bank account and since we cancelled our auto pay (due to months of billing issues) and we were no longer customers, they still charged us an amount that we did not even owe or authorize. Our last payment should have been for $50 and they charged our bank account $70 weeks after we closed our account. Also, this company went from Sparkletts to Mountain Glacier to now Crystal Rock?! Customer Service is the worst. We called and called so many times asking for clarification on delivery and billing and not one person knew what they were talking about. When we noticed our bank account was charged, we called customer service and they told us that they didn't know what we were talking about and that they charged us $70 because we would be getting a $20 credit via check in the mail. This absolutely makes not sense especially after customer service stated that they no longer had an account for us and did not have bank information but she was still able to send us our last invoice and "explain" how and why were charged and how we are to receive a credit in the mail. Please I beg everyone, do not bother with this company. It is the worst. I do not recommend it.

Love Sparkletts! I always have fresh water and the route driver is great. 8 get my water deliveries on time and if I ever have any issues, they take care of me quickly and to my satisfaction.
