        One of the best experience I had I visit while on the road with work..they welcome me in like family has a few good sparring sessions definitely will be visiting everytime im in town..

        Had a great workout...enjoyed my experience at this gym. It has a nonjudgmental atmosphere no matter your skill level, excellent knowledgeable coaching (thanks Megan), and an really cool old school vibe to this boxing gym...will definitely be back.
