All Valley Charters

We reserved with All Valley Charters for our company trip Mission to Houston for the 2024 Rodeo-overnight. Our driver Keith was professional, personable and drove with care and consideration. The drive up was messy with rain, high winds and lightening but he kept us safe and on-time. The bus was very clean, the Wifi worked as did the power outlets. Our trip there and back was perfect and we thank AVC for providing a great experience and driver. Southern Border Constructors

You should tell your drivers to chill...... the speed limit for the Harlingen/ San Benito area is 65 not 77 same speed limit for Brownsville. Also don't appreciate being tailgated in the passing lane by a bus.....

The bus with the license plate starting in 511 nearly killed me today, October 6, 2023 around 8pm. I was passing in the left lane when I slammed on my brakes due to this bus swerving into my lane, narrowly missing me, to pass vehicles going the speed limit. I honked and the bus kept speeding up, going way over the speed limit. I witnessed it speed up and run a red light. Not a light that just turned, a fully red light. I wish I could give zero stars, because if I wasn't already over vigilant when around large vehicles, I wouldn't be here to post this. I hope you hold this driver accountable for their awful driving. This was near the Jackson and Freddy Gonzalez intersection.

Horrible experience for my children today all day long. To begin their school rented 4 buses for a field trip to San Antonio. 3 buses arrived and the 4th bus arrived only 3 hours late to pick them up. The bus had no AC (4 hours). After they got to spend the day at Sea World at the time of departure...the same 3 buses were there but not the 4th bus AGAIN. The driver never answered their calls. Thank God parents had gone on the trip as well. They had to put children on the other 3 buses and some with parents. The teachers stayed behind because they did not fit. The driver finally arrived another 1 1/2 or 2 hours late again. No answers as to why he was late and no apologies (no remorse whatsoever). I am now praying our childrens teachers arrive safe and sound back home. All parents called the company and they kept hanging up on everyone. NEVER AGAIN!! I will write reviews everywhere I can and I will contact the Better Business Bureau! I had to put put 1 star to be able to post but they deserve NOTHING!!! Had to ask for the license plates just in case.
