I was really nervous to rent here based on poor reviews of payless as a whole. The rate I got was half the price of the next most expensive rental! I went for it. The car I was given was great - a cute kia soul with no problems and low mileage. The people working at the counter were friendly and knowledgeable. I was super paranoid that id get hit with crazy charges but I didnt have to worry at all. The only complaint is that there was no wiper fluid in the car so I bought some for $3 and added it myself. Would definitely choose payless again, especially from this location.
