Forged Technology Solutions - Copier Service Provider McAllen

Horrible service. Never repaired our copier leased from them. Dont do business with them very shady and disgusting practices. They will make excuses rather than offering genuine solutions and try to trap you in more contracts even if you want out.

We ve been waiting for three weeks for toner for our copy machines. We called and called and talked to staff . Staff stated they will get back to us . It s been 3 weeks. I will not recommend then to anyone

Would absolutely not recommend to anyone. If you run out of toner good luck. We have constant issues with this company. Toner is never brought on time and were left weeks with out being able to print. By the time toner is brought they always bring a used cartridge. DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY.

Forge technology has been more than reliable when I need to get something done. They have been very puntual when they say they will be at my office. Their products are also top quality & they do fair pricing as well. I highly recommend forge technology solutions!
