I am extremely impressed with the service I received. My kids dropped my laptop and Ramon tried to fix it and also called Dell to find out when the laptops warranty is expiring. I had to buy another laptop and he backed up everything from the old computer to the new one without charging. In addition , when I had trouble with Adobe PDF and how to convert it into word he came to my house and tried his best to download it and help me save it to the desktop. Mission accomplished. Best customer service!!!

Long story short, these guys know what they're doing. Here's the long story: I decided to take on the task of building my own PC since I like to work on my own things from time to time. I bought all the parts I needed before hand and began building on a Friday afternoon. After a good 3 hours of following DIY videos on YouTube and reading manuals, I completed my build only to find out that it didn't turn on. After trying trouble shooting Saturday and Sunday, I came to a conclusion that I had no idea why it didn't turn on. That Monday, I called up and went different places only to find out that, either no one was available for me to ask questions or they wanted to charge me to answer my questions. Here's where the review starts off. Ramon was the only one that called me back and offered to take a look at my PC free of charge. I go drop it off that very same day. After a few days, Ramon calls me back letting me know that I recieved a faulty motherboard and CPU, what are the chances of that. He also mentioned installation error, which I kind of knew, but I was in denial. I start a return prices for those parts and reorder a new set of parts. Fast forward one month, and I finally get what I reordered back and call these guys back so that they can build it. I take it in on a Wednesday and have it back built and all the following Tuesday. Ramon said they like to keep recently built PCs several days to workout the kinks and bugs, which makes sense. I've had it for several days already and I haven't had any issues at all. I highly recommend Infinit Innovations. They are knowledgeable, they call you back, have a timely work around period, and, in my opinion, they are reasonable with their prices.
