December 09, 2023 @approx. 5:15pm went in got what I needed got in line like every one else. Friends of the cashier (working alone) came in and asked where something was.....cashier takes off to the back to help her friends and leaves cashier empty. By that time I'm second back in line and 4-5 customers behind me. She's gone for 4-5 min cashier exposed....waiting and waiting while she helps her friends....... She's back....I asked her if she's supposed to leave counter with customers waiting to pay...she said she was working alone and she helps all her customers.... She asked if I wanted to pay for my item.. she had pulled the bagged item away from me ....I asked if she was asking me to leave and she said "YES"...told her to have a good night and left...FTP!!!! Waste of time and money. It's cashiers like this that give Stripes a bad wrap. Calling Corporate to report incident. Got nothing better to do.

On Friday 5/20/22 at 5:30pm I went to buy lottery tickets, there was a long line because the girl was talking on her cell phone, it was my turn and I gave the girl my phone to scan my numbers and she put it on the scanner of the cash register and she was still talking on her cell phone I told her that it wasn't there and she told me to put it on the scanner where you see the prizes and I told her that it wasn't there, it is in the ticket machine and I told her if she didn't know and she told me yes but that the machine didn't work sorry and she was still on the phone and I couldn't buy anything I don't know if the machine really didn't work or she didn't know how or she didn't want to sell me because she was on the phone, read the comment the manager and Train your staff and tell them that when they are answering they are not on their cell phones.

Your restrooms need to work, they've been down for over 2 months. You sell food you need to have restrooms.
