        Joey Garcia took half of the money from my mom for a quincera on Feb. 29th and he knew my family was coming from Seattle for preforming and he excepted the job because he said he can prepare us in two or three practices and when time got near he doesn't assist nor pick up phone. He took advantage off my mom who is heartbroken
