I had to wait two months for my appointment for a tooth removal consultation. They ended rescheduling last minute a week before my appointment and said they only had one day available for reschedule or I'd have to wait another two months. I had to rearrange my schedule for their date because I really need the extraction and can't keep waiting months for a consult. When I showed up for my appointment the dental assistant was great but she did and explained everything. The dentist came in for less than 5 minutes briefly looked at my mouth and then told the assistant to explain the rest while walking out. I was told I'd get a call a week later to schedule the procedure and get an insurance quote. It's been over a month and I have not received a call from them to schedule anything or for the insurance payment. I've tried calling but they don't answer and the one time they did answer they told me call back after lunch. This whole experience has been extremely unprofessional and has caused me to wait over 4 months now for a procedure I needed done asap.
