I was in town on a month detail for work and developed a problem with a back molar which caused extreme pain and left me desperate to see a dentist. Having previously lived in smaller border towns I was worried about finding a quality dentist on short notice. I saw their add online and my instincts told me to call. My instincts were right. The office staff, who are always a reflection of the doctor, we’re wonderful! They fit me in with no problem or wait when I eventually came in. The office runs very smoothly and everyone is extremely professional and kind. The doctor is an incredible and compassionate clinician with an incredible bedside manner which instilled confidence in me as his patient and put me at ease. He was candid and honest with his diagnosis and gave me options. I opted to have the tooth extracted which he accomplished painlessly and quickly. I live in a large metropolitan area in south Florida and have my choice hundreds of dentists but I wish I could have this clinic and doctor as my full time dentist back home. I’ve never written a review of any business, bad or good, but I was so moved by the quality and excellence of care I received here I felt compelled to leave a review out of gratitude and so you know what a blessing it is to have a doctor and dental practice like this one in your community.

I normally don’t post reviews, but why not? Especially when I have had such a good experience with Dr. Unterbrink and his staff. I have been a patient of this facility for a while now. I now have children and I am so pleased with the service they get. My four year old didn’t want to leave. He actually asked if he could have his teeth cleaned again. They are all courteous and pleasant to visit with. I was afraid to take my toddler, but knew that the staff would make him feel safe. Thank you all for maintaining our pearly whites and for the lovely atmosphere.
