Best place ever ! They did a very good job in my sons backpack and most of all they did it within a good time frame

I was sent to this place by my employer but, after the services I got, I will be going elsewhere. I dropped off my shirts and they gave me a short time frame so, I thought great. A week went by and I hadn't received an update but I gave them the benefit of the doubt (big mistake). A couple more days went by and still nothing. So, I called and called and no one ever answered. Bc they never answered, I was forced to go to the location. BUT, I went on several occasions AND THEY WERE NEVER THERE. Finally, on some random day, they were actually at the location and they claimed that mine was next. I was very upset so they made them that same day and dropped them off at my work. The only reason I didnt give them 1 star is bc the embroidery is actually good. But, besides that, I had a horrible experience and DO NOT recommend this location to anyone. Out of curiosity, I passed by on my way to work TODAY and no one was there.
