The venue is beautiful and what not. So youre wondering if its a beautiful place why am I giving it a low rating? Well if it wasnt for the grounds keeper who is totally rude and disrespectful. I attended a quince this past weekend and I overheard the quinces mom kindly ask the man if he could put the 2 dogs in their pen because they were bothering guests and with the food around she didnt want them to get into it. To which the old man replied as you can see my dogs are in their pen, these dogs belong to the other ranch so theyre not my responsibility. Then he proceeded to say that the reason the dogs were there was because of the familys yorkie to which the lady replied no these dogs have been here since earlier when we came to setup and besides they barely brought the Yorkie 10 minutes ago. He then went to mention on how dogs are not allowed(there is no sign might I add) he also went off on the fact that they rented a water slide and how it is also not allowed. To which she said well for 2 weeks Ive been calling and no one answers and he told her that shes been calling the wrong and asked what number did she call and she said the one on the website. He proceeds to say that she called the wrong number because if the owner wants to answer he answers if not then he doesnt answer. So she said that in that case they need to update that information on the website. But again other then that the venue is beautiful, they just need to hire someone with people skills. PS he then said that it is a ranch and there are deer around to which I laughed because Ive lived here all my life since the late 70s and not once have I seen a deer
