        The lady I bought the 2 recliners from was easy to work with & very apologetic for the problems we had. The problem was at the time of purchase we had told them we would be back in on Friday to pickup the two chairs. There was not a load out person around to help so the lady & us two 70 some seniors loaded the chairs. One would think that arrangements would be made to have someone there. Besides I ordered an Espresso colored chair & when got home and took it out of box it was called Mahogany a color much darker color. Too much hassle to return it!!!!
