        I have transformed my body & relationship with fitness at F45 Trenton. I get so excited seeing definition everywhere- legs, arms, etc. F45 Trenton has completely changed how I feel about the gym- I never thought I would look forward to a workout or enjoy the feeling of being sore and exhausted after! I used to find an any type of workout nearly impossible but it flies by with the varied workouts. As a gym newbie, it can be embarrassing going to a crowded gym & being confused, but the demonstrations from the trainers and each station set up with varied weights has helped me grow comfortable in the gym environment.
