I have never had a horrible experience at a dealership before but theres always a first. After searching and trying different helmets, the sales girl did a great job and after I fount the accessories I needed for a Memorial weekend ride, I started to pay and right when I was about to insert my credit card, the Outrush helmet I was purchasing was taken away from me and I was told it was going to be sold to another customer. After about 30 minutes of having the helmet, getting some shirts, gloves it was taken away from me because another salesman wanted it for his customer. I was very upset and decided to make my purchases at another dealer. Last time I visit this one.
