If you had asked me a week ago to give this store a 5 star review I would have in a heart beat, my two fav employees always treat me nicely even if I only buy one or two things here or there. But a few days ago I went in with my boyfriend to look around, I usually go straight for the body washes cause Im addicted to them. I have quite a few in my collection. But a few days ago I went in and decided to look at their hair conditioners. I have curly hair naturally. I knew they had some conditioners for my hair texture plus hydrating ones but I wanted to try them first before I paid 12$ for literally 4 oz so I grab 2-3 conditioners and ask the lady for samples, I browsed some more and found a body wash so I handed it to the lady aswell. usually when I get samples they arent in the super tiny charity pots their in a smidge bigger pot so thats the first thing I noticed. I didnt think much of it however I was trying to tell her about items I really enjoyed and repurchase frequently. she couldnt even be bothered to look at me or acknowledge that I was speaking to her.. she brushed me off, handed me the samples and when I asked for a bag for them she gave me this tiny little sleeve and made it clear to say thats what she was doing.. then walked away from me like I was burdening her.. i finally decided to open them up today and she didnt even give me enough to try even barely once probably less than a nickel size amount of product in each (this is conditioners mind you, for my 2b-2c hip length hair) I feel like the rumors that people working in luxury brands is lowkey true.. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed which I never have before at lush but it put a sour taste in my mouth. I think from now on I will just be purchasing the items I know I like already online and ship them to my house. I know that retail employees dont care.. but I can no longer say there is good quality customer service for this particular lush. The interaction killed whatever desire I had that day to make a purchase. And I probably wont be in for a long time.

My favorite store to go to. Staff is always energetic and incredibly helpful ! I always leave with what I needed + never feel pushed to buy extra things I dont want/need.
