The pool room was like an oven, the service was beyond disappointing, and they completely misled us. On top of that, they unexpectedly asked us to leave early, even though they promised we could stay today and tomorrow until 11pm. Trust me, you're better off not going there.

The place is a mess. The unfair manager, everyone stares at you as if you were going to rob them, the employees don't know how to explain the check-in and check-out times of the room, very bad service from everyone there, I'm a YouTuber and it's a shame that they don't know how to greet you and treat you in a certain way. human possible I do not recommend it

The employees do not know how to explain the check-in and check-out times the room was not clean the manager was very unfair the pool room everyone looks at you as if you were going to steal something very bad service from the entire hotel and they highly recommended it to me bad service
