A little over four years ago they picked up my 1976 Toyota Forklift, rebuilt all of the cylinders and delivered it back to my ranch; to date it is doing fine. Yesterday I took them the leaking lift cylinder from my Kubota ZD-21. I was dubious that it could be rebuilt as it has an internal lock ring, but they said, "no problem", and gave me a ball-park estimate saving me $200 over buying it new. They called today at noon to say that it is ready!

Terrible customer service. Took our equipment to have a pump replaced. They didn't have one in-stock and couldn't get one next day. I told them my supplier had one and i could get it next day....they said fine once it arrives bring the pump to them and they would put it on....got the pump to them by 10am, they said it would be ready by 1pm....stop by to get it and it wasn't done...they did tell me that there was more wrong with it than just the pump and weren't comfortable just replacing it....I said I understand but just wanted the new pump installed and we would deal with any other issues later....he said he would have me sign that he told me and I said fine...he said come back at 3:30 and it would be ready...called and he said they weren't working on it due to the rain that had started at 3pm...i ask how far they had gotten on it since they were going to start on it at 1pm...he didn't have an answer and said he would call me back and never did....I went over there thinking i was going to pick up the truck and take it somewhere else and to my surprise it was done...didn't make sense because 30 minutes before he acted like they hadn't even touched it... we are a national company and we have experts that designed and build the equipment we use ....it's a 30 minute job to replace the hydraulic motor... I was charged for 4 hours....the system can only take 15 gallons of hydraulic fluid I was charged for 25 gallons of fluid.....I needed my equipment and needed to get out of this poor service provider. First and last time we will use this service provider.
