        Called 6/7 b4 noon to request a quote w/Cypress homeowners & auto isurance. Gave the lady a lot of infor & she advised she would pass on ro a rep . 6/8 a little after 4 PM Melinda called to tell me they were in training (website stated closed 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Thursday 6/8/23 for an all-staff employee training) she would START working on the quote & either call me back or email the info. She called back approx 25 minutes later gave me the info for Germainia NOT CYPRESS. She apologized & finally READ the info I requested. Called back again, gave info & proceeded to interrupt me whiLe I was talking, Told her how RUDE & HUNG UP NO EMAIL RECEIVED
