        Just went in to do an upgrade. Everything was fast and smooth. Rick was nice, but failed to mention he added protection 360 on my phone with out asking me. Also i asked if my bill would stay the same, he said yes. I found out a day later. I feel like a extra 19 dollar charge extra a month should be worth letting the customer know and not do it with out permission

        I came to the store with an intent to buy a new phone. And being a loyal T mobile customer (even my plan is grandfathered) I have never had such a bad cistomer service. The t mobile girl was very rude and rushing. I had an impression that she wanted to get rid of us. Istead of getting her bonus for a new sale, she got an unhappy customer. I recommend the owner to get a better training for your employees at the Nolana T Mobile store.
