Luis was a great agent, what I liked most was the he made a stressful process fun and educational. He is a wealth of knowledge and really enjoys what he does and it showed in his treatment and attentiveness. Communication was great, he always answered the phone, emails, texts ect. Super recommended! I met Luis through the recommendation of some friends when I was looking to sell my house. They had already used it and gave me their contact information. We were very satisfied with the treatment, the experience, he kept us on top of everything, he answered my calls, this was super important to me, since I wanted to sell my house in California but I lived out of state and it was difficult for me to be traveling. He and his office took care of everything and made the process quick and easy. There was a situation with the buyer and everything was handled very professionally, quickly and keeping me up to date at all times. So I reiterate, highly recommended!!!
