        Have been waiting for my switch over 2 months I returned it cause it had some damage and still havent received a call or email regarding my switch.Ive visited my local Best Buy and they always tell me the manager will contact me its been over 2 months and still nothing I dont know what to do anymore when I call the geek squad number they just bounce me around and end up telling me they cant do anything to go to my local Best Buy but Ive been there and I still cant get an update on my device and yes I did have insurance.

        Be careful with these people. Theyre a bunch of crooks. They gave me diagnostics on my iPhone earpiece, saying I needed a new one for $279 since it came with the screen after getting a second opinion. At a local repair shop paid $10.00. All it needed was a cleaning works fine now.
