Although DR JJ Saenz and his now children are in my opinion the best pediatricians out there, their front office receptionist Ana is not. She is rude, no people skills and wont even look up to acknowledge you. You literally have to address her first before she says a word. I would have given them 5 stars but she makes this experience the worst.

Loved the experience! Clean areas, staff and Drs wear masks, they maintain area safe for people. Definitely the change in pediatrician my baby needed! Happy with my choice. No need to wait three hours, appointments are well organized! Charisma, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful! Everything I was looking for!

I like how they divide the clinic, one side for children who are not sick and the other side for those who are sick. When it is a check-up the visit is quick and when you take the sick child I have to wait 3 hours. Dr. Saenz explains any questions you may have, I am very happy taking my son to this pediatrician!
